Because every LLK Customs item is printed on-demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.

When We'll Make It Right

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong item — we will absolutely take care of it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@llkcustoms.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item and the issue
• A brief description of what happened

We'll review and respond within 1–2 business days. If the issue is confirmed, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that window, your item will have entered production and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
