Shipping Policy

How It Works

LLK Customs uses print-on-demand fulfillment, which means your item is produced after you place your order. This keeps things fresh and made-for-you — but it does mean there's a production window before your order ships.

Production Time

Most orders go into production within 2–5 business days of being placed. During peak seasons (holiday weeks, graduation season), production may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Custom & Personalized Orders: Production does not begin until your design has been reviewed and approved by you. You'll receive a proof via email before anything goes to print — please respond promptly to keep your order on schedule. If your order requires a design to be created from scratch, additional time will be needed before the approval stage. We'll give you a timeline estimate when you place your order or reach out with your request.

In-House Made Items

Some items in our store — including blinged pieces, laser-engraved goods, tumblers, and other handcrafted products — are made in-house and ship separately from our print-on-demand items. If your order includes both, you'll receive two shipments. A separate shipping fee applies and will be calculated at checkout.

In-house production times vary by item and order volume. Estimated timelines are listed on each product page. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, please allow extra time. We'll always communicate with you if there's a delay.

Shipping Times (After Production)

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days (where available — select at checkout)

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Total Estimated Delivery

Plan for 5–12 business days from your order date for standard shipping. If you need something by a specific date, reach out before ordering and I'll let you know if we can make it happen.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package through our carrier's site. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, give it 24 hours and then contact us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Carrier delays happen and are outside of our control, but I'll always do my best to help resolve the situation. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, email me at hello@llkcustoms.com with your order number.
